Welcome! My name is Karyn-Faith Coppola, and I am proud to be the ESL teacher here in the Tinton Falls school district! I have always had a passion for learning, which made it easy to choose a career..TEACHING! I graduated from Monmouth University in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in general education and special education. While studying education at Monmouth I also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics (I love numbers!) While covering a maternity leave at Swimming River School in 2011, I returned to Monmouth and started taking classes to learn how to teach English as a second language. After graduating Monmouth for the second time, I landed my first teaching job in Barnegat, New Jersey. My first year there I was a second grade teacher. The following year I graduated to third grade and had the privilege of teaching 24 third graders. Although I enjoyed teaching down in Barnegat, I always knew I belonged in Tinton Falls where I had started my teaching career. I am lucky enough to be back in the district. I am excited for a wonderful school year!
